HEBRON ASSUMES THE FUNCTIONS OF THE EUROPE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE

The Otsuka Chemical Europe Representative Office will be closed down at the end of February 2012 due to a decision of the Board of Otsuka Chemical Company.
The policy that underlies this decision is that business outside Japan has to be managed and handled by local people.
Hebron S.A., a 100% subsidiary of Otsuka Chemical will take over the roles and tasks of the Europe Representative Office from now on. With its history exceeding 50 years, Hebron has a wide experience dealing with chemical products in the European market. Hebron is already distributing Otsuka Chemical foaming agent UNIFOAM AZ and will expand its portfolio with new Otsuka products.
