Hebron's business ethics are guided by ethical values and principles that enable us achieve goals responsibly with people and the world.
Ethical behavior is part of our own strategy generating value to our clients in an integral way and under an environment of full compliance with national and international regulations.
Hebron has a Code of Ethics and Good Practices, approved by the Board of Directors, which contains standards and criteria for action in professional matters that are mandatory for all Hebron employees and administrators and in all the activities.
The objective of this Code is to establish general guidelines for behaviour, values and ethical principles, which should govern the conduct of members of the Board of Directors, managers, legal representatives, workers and stakeholders, regardless of the type of contractual relationship with Hebron, SA, serving as a guide and reference of the due performance.
By adhering to this text, Hebron intends to avoid any type of conduct that is ethically, socially reproachful, or contrary to law. This Code of Ethics will apply both to business relations that have their effects in Spain and to those of an international nature. We are aligned with the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
We are committed with the work-life balance and talent retention; encouraging and promoting dialogue with our employees and their representatives to improve the business welfare.
